Tri City Cycle
Tri City Cycle hired Colorado Controls to retrofit interior and exterior lights for their dealership. Additionally, Tri City Cycle requested Colorado Controls to install multiple pole lights to provide additional security to a previously unlit area used for boat, jet ski, and trailer sales. Tri City’s primary goals for this project was to improve the aesthetics of the facility by creating a brighter and more welcoming environment for their customers, increasing visibility for their mechanics, and decreasing their utility bill.
Saunders Construction North
We initially worked on the BAS at Saunders Construction North here in Fort Collins, back in 2018, and in the last year completed some finishes to newly remodeled areas of their building that they plan on using for training and additional office space.
Inotiv – Webster Ct.
Inotiv's Webster Court location was our first project with the biotechnology company. As an organization they take the environment of their building very seriously and they came to the right people to ensure their hardline temperature and humidity goals were met and maintained on a constant basis. At Webster Court we installed and programmed 21 Variable Air Volume unit controllers and 3 Make Up Air units, and with the graphics provided for this equipment they have all the pertinent information needed right at their fingertips.
Inotiv – John Deere
John Deere Research Facility is a newly constructed branch of Inotiv, a biotechnology company here in Fort Collins, CO. In years prior we had done work for Inotiv in another facility, and we were honored to once again install a top of the line building automation system at their new location. Due to the nature of their business it's imperative that they have a constant flow of controlled air in and out. To achieve this we installed 1 Air Handling Unit, 13 Variable Air Volume Units, and 16 Exhaust Air Units at this brand new research facility.
Buc-ee's Johnstown Colorado
Colorado Controls was proud to be selected as a trusted partner for the installation of the wiring for the controls systems at the new Buc-ee's location in Johnstown, Colorado. Our team went above and beyond to ensure that the controls wiring was expertly installed and fully functional, ensuring optimal performance for the facility.
Urban Peak Shelter
Colorado Controls was fortunate enough to program and install an airflow system at the new Urban Peak Homeless Shelter in Denver, Colorado. Colorado Controls installed variable air volume boxes that, in conjunction with 3 DOAS units, provide fresh air to all of the spaces. When the number of people or CO2 in a space reaches high levels, the DOAS units send fresh air to the vav boxes to keep air circulating and the spaces comfortable. Toddy LLC
Colorado Controls was pleased to get the opportunity to program and install graphics for a rooftop unit at Toddy LLC. Toddy LLC roasts coffee, so when the roasters turn on to start roasting, the RTU turns on to maintain proper duct static pressure in the space.
2000 Vermont Drive
Colorado Controls installed an updated building automation system at 2000 Vermont Drive in Fort Collins, Colorado. This HVAC system serves multiple tenants, including two dental offices, with a combination of standalone furnaces that do both heating and cooling, as well as a small zoned system in one of the dental offices.
Beacon Construction
Beacon Construction recently renovated their new office space and Colorado Controls was fortunate to be a part of the process! Their single rooftop unit works in conjunction with the VVT boxes to provide conditioned air to their five different office spaces.
