Colorado Controls installed an updated building automation system at 2000 Vermont Drive in Fort Collins, Colorado.
This HVAC system serves multiple tenants, including two dental offices, with a combination of standalone furnaces that do both heating and cooling, as well as a small zoned system in one of the dental offices.
The BAS system provides ease of access to all the spaces, giving the building owner peace of mind knowing they are able to view and control individual spaces to their liking.
In tandem with the physical work we did, we created an updated online interface that allows them to quickly glance at the floor plan and know all the spaces are satisfied. They are also able to view trend logs, change setpoints, and modify schedules.
