Blue Federal Credit Union Wyoming
The Blue Federal Credit Union headquarters in Cheyenne, Wyoming (also known as the Blue World Headquarters Campus) is a Colorado Controls completed project we are extremely proud of. This brand new 76,000 square foot facility has a building automation system that was installed by Colorado Controls in 2020. Since then, we have maintained our relationship with the BFCU headquarters by providing them with our standard semi-annual preventative maintenance contract.
Alpine Bank
Alpine Bank has been providing banking services to the Western Slope, mountains, and front range of Colorado for 50 years. We were thrilled to welcome their new location to Fort Collins and provide a top of the line controls system! We set them up two levels of clean and easy to read floor plan graphics that house color denoted animations which provide the viewer a real time read out of all air supplied zones and their respective temperatures.
Elevations Credit Union
Elevations Credit Union wanted to create a high standard of building automation systems for their locations across Colorado. The Loveland branch is one of several Elevations CU offices that uses the Reliable Controls platform. This building utilizes a common system in the energy efficiency world, with a fairly simple function.
This system puts the rooftop unit into “cooling mode” or “heating mode” depending on the need from the individual space zones. If there are more zones needing cooling, the system will be put into cooling mode; if there are more zones that need heat, the system will be automatically into heating mode. Future plans include getting all of their branch locations that have the Reliable Controls BAS system under one portal for their facilities department to manage remotely, using Reliable Controls’ WebView software.
