Beacon Construction recently renovated their new office space and Colorado Controls was fortunate to be a part of the process!
Their single rooftop unit works in conjunction with the VVT boxes to provide conditioned air to their five different office spaces.
These VVT boxes that feed air to the zones tell the rooftop unit if they need hot air, cold air, or are satisfied.
The damper on the VVT box then modulates to allow either more or less air into the space depending on the heating or cooling need.
The building automation front end allows the clients to understand how their physical pieces of equipment are functioning without having to be present at the equipment itself.
