Inotiv's Webster Court location was our first project with the biotechnology company. As an organization they take the environment of their building very seriously and they came to the right people to ensure their hardline temperature and humidity goals were met and maintained on a constant basis.
At Webster Court we installed and programmed 21 Variable Air Volume unit controllers and 3 Make Up Air units, and with the graphics provided for this equipment they have all the pertinent information needed right at their fingertips. The layout of their floorplan we provided not only displays a temperature read out but also has humidity levels given in real time and control options for their lighting system.
At Colorado Controls, not only do we specialize in HVAC and temperature control, but we also have experts in lighting and integrating those systems into a comprehensive Building Automation System. We can customize any system to make sure our clients are getting exactly what they want out of their system whether it's more control or a deeper level of monitoring.
At this Inotiv location the building manager requested a data table that displayed every room space temperature, with minimum and maximum values included for temps and for humidity levels. That's just one example of the many different monitoring and control solutions we can provide on any BAS job.
