K-8 School
The building that houses American Legacy Academy in Windsor, CO got a complete overhaul to bring this brand new K-8 school to fruition. The buildings previous tenants already had a BAS (Building Automation System) in place but with building up new walls and outfitting it to comfortably house many students, it was necessary to update some old controllers and install some new ones as well.
At ALA, between old and new equipment, we set them up with 48 Variable Air Volume units, 2 Rooftop Units, a Domestic Hot Water system, 3 Electric Baseboard Heaters, and a monitoring system for their ceramics kiln. For students to get the most out of their education comfort is of the utmost importance. With this comprehensive rebuild of their BAS, the faculty and students can focus on education and let the system we installed handle the rest!
