We recently installed a building automation system in the new Windsor Police Department located in Windsor, Colorado.

Equipment controlled by the BAS include:

  • 7 RTUS
  • Over 24 VAVS
  • 2 boilers
  • Snowmelt system
  • 3 unit heaters
  • 4 exhaust fans
  • 3 makeup air units
  • Monitoring sensitive gases in specific spaces

The brand new building includes 7 rooftop units and over 25 VAV units to serve individual spaces, as well as smaller temperature controlled equipment to keep the space comfortable. In addition, we are controlling 2 boilers that also feed an outside snowmelt system to melt off snow buildup during the colder months.
