Platte Valley Bank – Sidney, NE
Platte Valley Bank in Sidney, Nebraska, was a retrofit job where our focus was on optimizing energy efficiency, prioritizing comfort and air quality for the staff and patrons, and providing extensive graphics of the floorplan and new and existing pieces of equipment. We installed and programmed eight new Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, a Rooftop Unit (RTU), an all-new boiler/hot water system and a comprehensive controls system to optimize heating and cooling throughout the building. Additionally, new floorplan graphics were created to illustrate the supply air zones for the VAVs and also for the existing baseboard heating system, improving overall system transparency.
Mountain Valley Bank – Steamboat Springs, CO
Mountain Valley Bank in Steamboat Springs, CO was a comprehensive retrofit of their building's automated controls system. We installed and programmed several new pieces of equipment including: 9 Variable Air Volume units, 1 Roof Top Unit, 1 Blower Coil Unit, 5 exhaust fans, a boiler system, 5 cabinet unit heaters and more. We created detailed, yet easy to read, floorplan graphics for both the main floor and the basement which lay out the supply air zones for each piece of equipment suppling heat or chilled air. With this project we aided MVB in hosting an environment that is comfortable for their customers and staff, is efficient with its energy demands and will reduce their carbon footprint for years to come.
