KEY BENEFITS OF A SERVICE SUPPORT AGREEMENT

A Building Automation System (BAS) or Energy Management System (EMS) is an asset and capital expense. As such, it is strongly recommended to get periodic maintenance to assure the integrity of the system, continued seamless operation, energy savings, and comfort of the building occupants. The benefits to having a service support agreement from Colorado Controls includes the following:

OPERATING COST SAVINGS

Our strict adherence to manufacturer's recommended maintenance procedures means fewer breakdowns and lower repair costs.

ELIMINATION OF DOWNTIME

Properly maintained equipment suffers fewer breakdowns that typically occur during peak operation hours. This maintenance agreement reduces control equipment failures and costly equipment downtime, while increasing occupant productivity.

REDUCED OCCUPANT COMFORT COMPLAINTS

Occupant comfort will always be a primary consideration. Control equipment that is in peak operating condition runs more reliably and provides consistent comfort control. This keeps your occupants happy, which studies have shown increases employee productivity.

ENERGY COST SAVINGS

Colorado Controls is focused on delivering a range of services that are designed to save you money. Using the latest technologies available we can assess the energy performance of your building and identify specific measures that can be implemented to reduce energy consumption. Our comprehensive maintenance plan keeps your control equipment in peak operating condition, thereby reducing energy consumption. This agreement will provide proper maintenance tasking procedures that will include calibrating and adjusting your control equipment to operate at peak performance.

EXTENDING EQUIPMENT LIFE

This Agreement shall maintain the Customer's control equipment to keep utility and repair costs as low as possible, while preserving equipment reliability and life expectancy over that of improperly maintained equipment, thus extending equipment life.
