John Deere Research Facility is a newly constructed branch of Inotiv, a biotechnology company here in Fort Collins, CO. In years prior we had done work for Inotiv in another facility, and we were honored to once again install a top of the line building automation system at their new location.

Due to the nature of their business it's imperative that they have a constant flow of controlled air in and out. To achieve this we installed 1 Air Handling Unit, 13 Variable Air Volume Units, and 16 Exhaust Air Units at this brand new research facility.

Along with the equipment installed and programmed we also provided them with floor plan graphics that come equipped with a color changing animation. With this, their building manager can monitor the temperatures and humidity levels in each room in real time to ensure that optimal conditions are met.
