Colorado Controls' work on UCHealth centers in Northern Colorado continued in 2024 with Reliable Controls products being installed in four facilities: Elks Lake in Greeley, Mason Street in Fort Collins, Berthoud, and Estes Park.
All four of these buildings utilize Reliable Controls' newest line of controllers, the RC-FLEX series, with RC-FLEXAirs being deployed to control not only VAVs in the facilities but RTUs in Estes Park.
These robust controllers have improved speeds, longer lifetimes, and increased data storage, making them viable for many years to come.
The buildings in Greeley, Fort Collins, Berthoud, and Estes Park have been added to their remote building automation user interface, giving UCHealth maintenance technicians remote access to all seven of their facilities utilizing Reliable Controls visible on one IP address.
They are able to adjust schedules, view alarms, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment from anywhere they are working, giving them access to their buildings from Greeley down to Berthoud.
